Four ways to get help
For pet owners with a question that may or may not need a visit. Each veterinarian decides which of these they offer and what each costs.
Ask a question
Describe what is going on and get a considered written answer within the time your vet promises.
Messaging and live chat
Messaging is an ongoing thread for follow-ups, rechecks and the questions that come up between visits. Live chat is for talking it through in real time when you would rather not wait.
Video visit
Show your vet what you are seeing, such as the gait, the rash or the breathing, face to face.
Choosing a veterinarian
The directory lists licensed veterinarians who offer remote care at their own rates. Each card shows whether the vet’s licence has been confirmed yet. Some vets also offer monthly or yearly plans with included questions, messages, chats or video visits, for one animal or a whole household.
